Why is our weight go up?

I'll talk more simple and straightforward. What happened to us in terms of health, weight and all aspects
your life, is largely due to your habits in a few years back. Or people usually call the HABIT!
For example, people who have coronary heart problems are caused one of them because smoking has done for years. Which means, those not directly affected by the problem today because of coronary heart one cigarette yesterday. If you smoke one cigarette
then directly exposed to coronary heart disease, we will definitely stop smoking immediately.

But unfortunately the result of habit we usually do not appear to some time to come. So people feel that smoking these days seems to will not cause any problems for now, and finally they make it as a HABIT of smoking! Similarly, weight loss or health that we have today. I will give a picture of why your weight up Our body consists of billions of cells that essentially every cell in the body we need the best nutrition or nutrition in order to perform its functions well too. (Much like if you have a car Mercedez Benz, you will
provide the best gasoline, oil is best, etc.)

why do we eat foods like the above?

  • Convenience. Now most people do not have time to cooking. We prefer fast food or food fast food typically have no nutritional value
  • Flavor. We choose food based on taste. Rather than nutritional content. For example, we always ask the people "a good restaurant where you?" instead of "nourishing restaurants where you?" The food is usually good have low nutrient levels.
  • We do not know what we should eat

Coupled with environmental factors such as:

  • What is your current weight?
  • How much weight you 5 years ago?

Although there are some people who go up drastically because of the pregnancy, what matters is what becomes your habit during the the ninth month of pregnancy. Are you a lot of unhealthy snack foods? Too much food is actually not needed? Once again is Kebiasaanlah that make your current situation. So as the example above, that in the last 5 years you increase the weight 15 kg (70kg - 55 kg). If you do not change your habits for the last 5 years, your weight the next 5 years can be expected to rise an extra 15 pounds more! And most likely you will begin to experience any problems with the your health.
